It has been awhile

First off I'd like apologize to any one who may have occasionally passed by this blog. It has been forever since iI've written anything. Packing for college is a lot more tedious and stressful then you originally think. Anyways here's a massive amount of mini reviews of some of the animes I've seen recently.

The Irregular at Magic High School

Not an extremely original idea, however the twist on the concept of an irregular magician is played out really well. The anime is fun to watch and includes some magical action. The main character is hot and has a sister with an Ani complex. The well thought out plot line and makes it a solid anime. My only complaint ( that I have for the anime and the manga) is that it can be a slow development and slow for new releases. All in all a 3 1/2 maybe 4 out 5.

Tokyo Ghoul
THIS IS LITERALLY NOW ONE OF MY FAVORITE ANIMES. IT'S DARK AND AWESOME... LIKE THE BATMAN/SCARECROW OF ANIME. Except psychological punches in your face and bonding to a somewhat frail and weak main character. I cannot do anything but recommend this anime FOR EVERY ONE. Plus I may cosplay the main character for halloween just to show my extreme love for this master piece. 5 out of 5 everyone.

RWBY
A non original plot, stereotypical characters and annoying animation to the point where I wanted to twitch should of made me hate this, but I don't. I laughed during the very short episodes and stupid humor. I even grew a fondness for the character that represents the B (for those who don't know the show). It's worth watching instead of being bored. 3 out 5.

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders

It's weird and only has ok animation but it's funny and oddly drawing. 3 out of 5

Love Stage

This is an AMAZING ANIME. I love Ryoma...and it's just full of cuteness and I'm not even a huge yaoi lover and I love this. It has literally a perfect shoujo plot and great character depth for a romantic comedy. I recommend this for light hearted anime watchers. 5 out of 5.

Sailor Moon

There's not much to say about this except finally. I mean we really needed a reboot of this anime considering it was almost every female in our generations childhood. Plus, it features awesome and yes somewhat dimwitted sexy sailor scouts. It is off to a great start ( personally loving that they started with first baddie Queen Beryll) and I can't wait to see where they go with it. Plus the animation is great. 5 out 5.

SUPERCON DAY 1-2014

SUPERCON OPENING DAY

So this is not my first con at all, in fact I've been to quite a few. So far this was a kind of boring first day of con. I blame it being a thursday. How can you party in your nerd attire on a thursday? Either way it was slow and I left early for adventure in Miami. Sadly I did not cosplay today, but the picture above is me messing around with my friends Attack On Titan Wig (guess who :* ). He used for an Oliver Queen hair do for his Arrow costume. Leave it to a Marvel fan to screw up a Dc haircut. Either way I'm excited for the next day. Today I met my comic book hero who writes for KYLE RAYNER (green lantern) and SUPER GIRL. Tomorrow who knows who I'll meet? Hopefully it will be mor efun and exciting. :3

Seriously though?

Attack on Titan

ATTACK ON TITAN

It should be very obvious that I, along with almost every other anime watcher on this planet, has a liking for Attack On Titan's. One day when I have the cash that can fund my desire to cosplay it I will finally be able to look great. Why? BECAUSE ATTACK ON TITAN IS BASED OFF OF WESTERNERS (hallelujah). But that's not why I'm posting this random tidbit on AOT..... Below is a link to a video on a Survey Corps Lullaby. IT's actually insanely good and I've been falling asleep to it lately because of the ballad nature of it.

My first ever Boy Love....

I watched my first ever Boy love today ( yes, I've actually never read on either) and I had to say the mighty has fallen. It was just so ADORABLE. In that case I will be ranting about a boy love anime.

Sekai Ichi Hatsukoi - World's Greatest First Love
Watched the wholes season

Ok first off the premise of this anime is about a young rich kid, transferring his companies to get away from people only knowing him as the bosses son. In a confusion he ends up in the editing companies shoujo manga department, instead of the literary department. Stuck in the wacky world of shoujou editing where most of his coworkers turn out to be gay, our main character is forced to run into the first love that crushed his childhood naivety, his boss. Full of cheesy love triangles and modern day love struggles it's just enough to be enjoyable and kawaii. For all you yaoi fans, this is a great anime.

isn't he kind of hot ;)

~Semi Related Nerd Love~

I know I only talk about anime on this blog but many of you don't know that I actually write. Lately, I've had extreme writers... well we will call it unambition. Sitting down in front of my computer to type up stories has become the death of me and so I've been indulging in a childhood love of mine- Dc Comics. I know it isn't anime but hey I'm going to explain it anyways.

Young Justice
Cartoon Network - Two Seasons

For those of you who aren't Dc Comics fans you may only know a few famous names, Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash and Green Lantern. Actually Dc Comics has a lot of famous well known heroes, so many in fact it gets confusing. The realm of Dc Comics is a multidimensional world with characters constantly facing those issues along with Dc's favorite megaload of edginess, irony and soap operas. The Show Young Justice focuses on the side kick characters of some of the bigger Justice League Heroes, which is exactly why I love it. Cartoon Network had brought back the Teen Titans in a royally crappy way and then I saw this. A raw, untrained, hectic group of some kick ass side kicks who together blossom into amazing super heroes. The original team of season one consists of Aqua Lad (sidekick to a duh Aqua man), Miss Martian ( Martian Manhunters Niece), Robin (Dick Greyson the first robin), Superboy (Superman's clone and adopted son), Kid Flash ( Flash's nephew), and Artemis (Daughter of Sports master and sister of Cheshire- villains). This team collides together like any good Dc Comic team should in utter chaos. Relationships bust, mentors ignore them, missions go haywire and new friends are added, but in the end they become so much awesomer and develop into some really strong heroes themselves. This is the Robin who in season two becomes NightWing and fully steps out from Batman's shadow as his own dark crusader of Gotham. Artemis takes her mothers name and develops into Huntress, Aqualad becomes  bad ass mofo and Superboy finally starts growing up and becoming a Superman Jr. My favorite part is when you discover Miss Martian is actually the strongest telepath on the planet and becomes this awesome conflicted power house of a hero. IT WAS SUCH A GREAT SHOW, the bad part was Cartoon Network cancelled it after two seasons because it wasn't selling enough merchandise- even though it had some of their highest ratings. Even if you're a Marvel fan- which is totally insane because dc is better just saying- you'd enjoy this show.

My favorite Romances:
Miss Martian v. Superboy
There is literally no better couple then Miss Martian and Superboy, the feels you get from their up and down romance is just delicious.
Nightwing v. Batgirl

IF YOU KNOW DC COMICS WHO DOESN'T SHIP DICK GREYSON AND BARBRA GORDON. I MEAN MARRIAGE AND ORACLE AND AAH :3
Cheshire v. Red Arrow's Clone
The Sass these two have, I mean really life is not all foreplay you two.

Rocket v. Aqualad

He just deserves love I mean after rejection form childhood crush.

Robin v. Zantanna

Dick Greyson is a huge player and he looks great with the beautiful Zantanna.

Kid Flash v. Artemis

Again the sass (Nice Sister Trait guys) and plus theres the whole they're meant for each other and are practically perfect together thing.

What I've Started...

What I've Started Today:

Demon King Daimao

I LOVE IT SO FAR. Has a lot of girl service for the men and the main character makes a very attractive mahou. Thank you japan :3

La Corda D'oro -Blue Sky-

Kind of Cheesy so far but I'm expecting a good ending.

Chaika- The Coffin Princess

So far this is a really good anime, a huge twist in the story line came and I want to know what happens.

Shiki

This anime is a solid 5 out of 5 although I couldn't help but wish for a different ending. For anyone who loves horror or dramatic animes this is the one for you.
